Here's My Story
- I was always the shy, zero-confidence underweight guy.
- I felt like I never "belonged" anywhere.
- I was rarely taken seriously.
- This HAD to change. So I decided to start going to the gym.
- Within 1 week, I got hooked.
- After ~3 years of training, everything changed.
- I fill out old clothes now.
- People look and act differently around me.
- I can hold eye contact.
- I believe in myself more than ever.
- I have learned to push hard even when I don't feel like it.
- After realizing how much my life changed, I started Mohzone.
Some Things I believe In
- We deserve a second chance.
- Starting doesn't have to be perfect. Simply start.
- Showing up on your low days makes a BIG impact.
- You will never be ridiculed by people doing better than you.
- Your body is a lot stronger than you think, especially after training hard.
- Your ability to change your life.
- Your body changes faster than your brain can adapt, don't let that discourage you.
