Building muscle isn’t just about lifting heavy, it’s about building the right habits. The most important ones are showing up consistently (even on low-energy days), eating enough protein, tracking your progress, and getting quality sleep. These habits helped me go from being the “shy skinny guy with no personality” to making real progress in strength, muscle mass, confidence and charisma. Consistency beats motivation every time.
